During the exchange, we found that in the face of the arrival of TWH in lithium battery production, what troubles users is the energy consumption of each production link. The large amount of energy consumption in the operation of dehumidification and air conditioning systems is undoubtedly an increase in production costs. Under the premise of ensuring production quality, how to reduce costs and save energy has always been an issue of continuous concern for lithium battery manufacturers.

Faced with the high energy consumption of dehumidification and air conditioning systems, Puresci's mid-temperature regenerative dual-rotor dehumidification system reduces the regeneration temperature of the dehumidification rotor from the traditional 120-140°C to 80-90°C, changing the way of renewable energy from traditional electric heating Transform into four new types of renewable energy methods: steam heating, hot water boiler heating, one-to-one heat pump direct expansion, and heat pump hot water station, saving a lot of energy consumption for the dehumidification air-conditioning system in the production of lithium battery.
